Valid Registration certificate of Pakistan Engineering Council in relevant category or above with Specialization Code as per work required. The Contractor/Firm must submit valid Registration Certificate of taxation departments and Active Taxpayers List (ATL) of Income Tax, Sales Tax, FBR & BRA.The Contractor/Firm must submit Last year Tax Return & Audit Report/ Balance Sheet Last Three Year. (CA) The contractor is authorized dealer/distributor of reputed solar, pumping machinery & PVC pipes brands. (Authorization letter(s) /dealership certificate from the manufacturer must be attached for the Solar Panels, Submersible pumping set, cables & PVC pipes. Literature/Catalogue with detailed specifications, showing that the manufacturer is in continuous business of manufacturing the given equipment.Confirmation / Evidence of 10 years performance warranty of 90% efficiency and 25 years performance warranty of 80% efficiency solar panels. The Contractor/Firm must submit the latest Bank credit line certificate or latest Bank Statement. Affidavit on Judicial Stamp Paper duly verified by Oath Commissioner confirming that: (i) applicant firm(s)/joint venture(s) have never been blacklisted by any government department and/or by any government owned company/ foundation/ authority (If ever black listed, then provide the case history and current status of the firm regarding this decision) and nor in any litigation; and (ii) all the information provided by the applicant firm/joint venture are correct. History of litigation (if any) in courts or any arbitration proceedings shall also be provided. BID SECURITY: The bids must accompany Bid Security (2%) in the form of Call Deposit or Bank Guarantee (Bank’s certificate is mandatory) in the name of the undersigned from a scheduled bank.

Last date submission of Proposals is 16th December, 2022 at 11:00 A.M Bid shall comprise package containing two separate envelopes. Each envelope shall contain separately the financial proposal and the technical proposal. Technical Proposal in “Khaki colour envelop” the eligibility criteria (detail in bidding documents) as per Standard, Category & Field Specialization of PEC (Pakistan Engineering Council). Initially, only the envelope marked “TECHNICAL PROPOSAL shall be open. Financial Proposals in “White colour envelop” marked as “FINANCIAL PROPOSAL” of technically qualified bids shall be opened publicly at a time, date and venue announced and communicated to the bidders in advance. The bids found technically non-responsive, shall be returned un-opened to the respective bidders under the B-PPRA rules. The Work order will be issued if the funds will be available.
